Characteristics

European studies are significant as long as Europe plays an essential role in economic, political and cultural domains in the world. Europe has produced modern western civilization and shaped the world‘s history. Especially a study of European integration is a valuable paragon for area studies. Even from the population point of view, Europe is going to be the largest country in the world. The European Institute of Nanhua University which is scheming for its curriculum provides a wide range of courses, and the main subjects would be concerning about the culture, history, politics, economics and laws of European countries and particularly of the European Union. Students are encouraged to do research across different faculties, institutes, universities and even countries.
