教學目標	In today’s hypercompetitive government environment, successful public managers must be able to discover opportunities, face problems, and pursue innovative ideas—then turn those ideas into action throughout knowledge management. The main goal of this class is to provide and help students to understand the significance development of knowledge management for modern governance, and how to building the capability of knowledge management in order to drive the change of wave.
