 教學目標

In today’s hypercompetitive government environment, successful public managers must be able to discover opportunities, face problems, and pursue innovative ideas—then turn those ideas into action throughout knowledge management. The main goal of this class is to provide and help students to understand the significance development of knowledge management for modern governance, and how to building the capability of knowledge management in order to drive the change of wave.

 教學目標

1. To understand the evolutionary characteristic general trends of the development of Public management, and its implication for the knowledge community.

2. To explore and analysis the main theories and schools in contemporary Public management research, in order to compare the basic assumptions and their traits.

3. To help students learn the critical concepts and enhance their abilities to grasp the new development of theory and practice in contemporary Public management.

4. To increase the students’ competence to reflect and suspect related issues, in order to cultivate the academic spirit of independent judgment in the inquiring and discussing process of the course.
